Andrea's is awesome! Tucked away in a ghetto stripcenter, this place is a definite diamond in the rough. The pan seared tilapia and chicken risotto are both amazing. The waitstaff are always super attentive and the chef usually comes out to talk to you. Cozy, borderline romantic atmosphere. Feels like a small NY restaurant but with TX hospitality! I highly recommend!!!
