Located right off I-45, just 10 miles south of I-20, out of Dallas, TX is a small town with a big heart and the best Philly Cheese Steak in the world; Ferris, TX. When Philly Cheese Steak lovers find out about Alfonso's you will need reservations, it is that good. It is worth taking the side trip into Ferris off of I-45 if you are traveling to or from Dallas, more than that it is worth a special trip from where ever you are. Right now this is one of those hidden Jewels set in fine gold just waiting to be found. The owner, operators came from Philly and brought the best of the best with them.
