We grill and smoke fresh meat 7 days a week from great char-broiled steaks, smoked brisket, chicken, turkey and pork ribs to our own German and smoked sausage as well as hot links. It's not all about bar-b-que. Our experienced employees make delicious catfish and fried shrimp and your favorite sides done to perfection like cole slaw, potato salad, and spicy cowboy beans. And for the sweet surrender we have homemade Tootsie Pies, great cobbler (a la mode of coarse), and a Texas Style Cheesecake.
