With the opening of Fearing’s Restaurant, celebrity chef Dean Fearing has created his new home in a spectacular setting at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. The location isn’t the only thing that’s different. Fearing’s features an all-new menu of elevated American cuisine that uses fresh farm-to-market ingredients in well-crafted dishes offering “bold flavors, no borders.” Standouts include barbecue shrimp taco, prime-cut rib eye mopped over live mesquite and a caramelized peach and almond crisp.
