Bubba's Cooks Country

"Babe" is Mary Beth's nickname; since she developed the recipes passed down from her Mama Jo (Jean), we named our restaurant Babe's -- these were recipes the whole family grew up with in West Texas. Bubba's ( Paul's nickname) was an opportunity to bring home cookin' to a drive-thru diner...a 1927 Texaco Service Station converted to an Art Deco restaurant in 1981. What fun it's been! Whether it's home cookin' (in the only drive-thru of it's kind or even in the immediate area) take-out served hot, or catering for any occasion - Bubba's is the place to kick-back and enjoy something outta the ordinary.
